Miami Children's Hospital Foundation 
Ethan is in various Joint Projects and Concerts with Miami Children's Hospital to raise money for the Hospital. MCHF’s sole purpose is to support the "Diamond of the South" - Miami Children's Hospital. MCH is the "Diamond" as the family-centered philosophy of the Hospital considers all children precious gems – Diamonds – and all deserve the best in pediatric health care. 

Starlight Starbright Foundation 
Ethan joins Starlight Starbirght as a StarPower Ambassador. Ethan joins Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, Devon Werkheiser, Rob Pinkston, Dominic Scott Kay, and many other young stars. Jamie Lee Curtis, Starlight's national spokesperson, serves as the ambassadors' advisor or "Fairy Godmother."
